Generally all agents real estate listings are always posted on REALTOR.com. The difference is in how the house is advertised. Only 2,000 agents have a contact telephone number and email address advertised together with the listing. It is only 28% from approximately 7,000 agents in Las Vegas. Only about 200 from 2,000 are using all opportunities to enhance listings (virtual tour, multiple pictures, additional description). What if another agent finds a
buyer and presents an offer to buy your house?
If another agent finds the buyer
and presents an offer on your house, you will always have the choice to
accept, reject, or counter offer. Even if the offer is written at listed price
or even more, you are free to decide if you want to accept. If you decide
to accept such an offer you would be required to pay an additional 3% to buyer's
agent (additional commission will be deducted from the selling price).
