You can even help us! If you forward anyone who is interested in buying
your house to us, we will take care of that person and you'll pay just

Our 2.9% Plan
This optional plan includes
agent showings. We appreciate that not everyone has the time or inclination
to present their home to buyers. That is why we offer our 2.9% plan, which
gives you the same excellent MillionSaverHomes.com exposure and empowerment,
with the additional advantage of one of our top local agents showing your
home for you.
MLS Plan (4.9%)
This optional plan offers
MLS (Multiple Listing Service) distribution. Your listing will be placed
in the MLS and will receive all the benefits from that service that other
Realtors provide. Our agents will show your home to buyers who come through
our system. Additionally, cooperating Realtors will bring their buyers
by appointment to see your home. As a seller, you pay an additional 3%
cooperating commission to the Realtor who brings a buyer who purchases
your home. You still save compared to most Realtors.
Can I Use a MLS Plan and Still Pay a
1.9% Commission?
We will present strategies
to you to get the best price for your house, ending in you paying the lowest
commission possible.
How Much Do You Want To
Pay?
If a potential buyer calls
from our advertising and buys the house, you pay a 1.9% total commission.
If another agent finds a buyer and presents an offer on your house, you
have the choice to accept, reject or counter the offer. Even if the offer
is written at the listed price or even more, you are free to decide if
you want to accept. If you decide to accept the offer, you would be required
to pay an additional 3% to the buyer's agent. (The additional commission
will be deducted from the selling price.)
