MillionSaver Home Finding service will give you access to all homes listed for rent in MLS. MLS is database used by REALTORs to list homes for sale and rent. MLS is probably the biggest source for homes for rent (2,502 homes for rent as of May 13, 2005).

How it works:
1. You will tell us your criteria (area, rent amount, pool, school district, square footage). We will email you list of homes available.

2. If you do not plan move immediately we can set up automatic updates where you will get all new listings right on your email.

3. You will get detailed information about each home including address. Unfortunately not all listings have photos, because listing agents didn't upload them. But you will have directions and address so you will be able to go and see if you like location and neighborhood.

4. Once you decide which homes you like to see inside we will provide real estate agent who will show them to you. We will set up appointments and obtain keys. This will save you a lot of time, because each home might be under different management company or owned by different owner. Please allow 1-3 days for showing appointment.

5. You will tell us which home you like and we will obtain application for you. Application will be processed by actual management company or owner of the home.

The cost:
We charge $100 fee. The fee covers multiple printing or emailing of list with available homes. It includes email updates with new listings up to 6 months. The fee also includes setting up appointments and showing with real estate agent for half day (up to 3 hours). If you will need agent to set up appointments again and see more homes we charge $100 for each 3 hour showing.
