Summerlin

Summerlin is a 22,500-acre master-planned community where families of all sizes and incomes are at home. Peccole Ranch offers spectacular views with scenic drives just minutes from the Red Rock Mountains.

Desert Shores

Desert Shores was created with any eye on the success of the nearby The Lakes community. This richly created community decideD to create three magnificent lakes, and you can even fish in one of them! There is also a community pool and sand volleyball courts. Signs are posted throughout the community warning of duck and swan crossings. This area will thrill you!

Spanish Trail

This beautiful guard-gated community is located approximately 15 minutes west of the Strip. There are 1,252 homes here in 11 separate neighborhoods. Amenities include a fitness center, tennis center, two pools and two spas. The four townhome neighborhoods have access to these as well as their own pools and spas. Memberships are also available to the Spanish Trails Golf and Country Club. These are offered and sold by individual members. Prices for golf memberships usually run under $30,000, with social memberships available in the $3,000 to $4,000 range. The association provides lists of memberships available for sale. Most of these homes were constructed in the 1980s and 1990s. This project was the first of its kind in Las Vegas.

Southern Highlands

Southern Highlands offers an ideal setting for families of all ages. The community features parks, open spaces and recreational facilities, including ball fields and tennis courts, providing numerous options for active lifestyles and family entertainment. For those who want to hike or bike within the beautiful natural surroundings, a trail system intertwines throughout the community. An onsite public elementary school and private elementary school were welcome additions when both schools opened in August 2003. Silverado Ranch

This community, which borders Henderson/Green Valley, is a suburb of Las Vegas. The community offers diverse, affordable housing with amenities such as private courtyards, swimming pools, play systems for children and more. Nearby shopping, restaurants, banking, movie theaters and excellent schools provide all local residents need in a convenient fashion. Green Valley

Lake Las Vegas

4. Once you decide which homes you like to see inside we will provide real estate agent who will show them to you. We will set up appointments and obtain keys. This will save you a lot of time, because each home might be under different management company or owned by different owner. Please allow 1-3 days for showing appointment.

5. You will tell us which home you like and we will obtain application for you. Application will be processed by actual management company or owner of the home.
