Half of Sullivan Square Units Already Sold

Sullivan Square, a mixed use community is reporting more than half the residences in its first high-rise tower are sold and reservations are being accepted for its live/work space and traditional brownstones.  Units in Sullivan Square’s first phase range from 500 to 2,000 square feet with prices from the low $300,000s to $1.7 million.   When completed, the community will have a total of 1300 residences.

In addition to the high-rise towers, live/work spaces and traditional brownstones, the community will offer mid-rise terraced condos, Chicago-style lofts and townhomes will complete six options of urban living.   Also look for the development to offer a market-street design, featuring 25 shops and services. An café, restaurant, full-service deli, neighborhood pub, florist, fresh fish monger, wine shop, coffee shop, bakery and butcher.
