Meritage Homes Offering Buyer Incentives

This spring, Meritage Homes is offering its On the House incentives program to perspective buyers. The program offers qualified buyers incentives of as much as $50,000, based on select developments and select home sites. Incentives can be applied toward closing costs, upgrades, backyard landscaping or to buy down interest rates, among other options, when buyers use the builder’s preferred lender.
The program is available at 11 neighborhoods throughout the valley including Yellowstone at Mountain’s Edge, Great Falls, Whitewater, Glacier, Evergreen, Summer Trail Watermarke and Northern Terrace at Providence.
