Sullivan Square will pay closing costs

The developers of the 16.5 acre, mixed-use community of Sullivan Square are offering to pay the closing costs of buyers. There are 159 units currently being offered in Madison Tower I. Buyers can choose from more than 20 floor plans ranging from 600 to more than 1,800 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$400,000s.
Once completed, the community will include approximately 1,300 residences within high-rise towers, terraced condominiums, Chicago-style lofts, brownstones, townhomes and live/work spaces.
