Siena is a 665-acre retirement community in the southern part of Summerlin. There are more than 1,800 homes in the guard-gated community, which is being developed by Sunrise Colony Company.

Age-restricted Siena offers a variety of amenities for its active senior residents. Eighty percent of the households require at least one resident to be 55 or older; the remaining homes require a resident to be at least 50.

Many homes in Siena surround its 18-hole championship golf course. The community also features a fitness center with pools, tennis and workout equipment; a clubhouse and community center; hiking and biking trails; and Lake Siena, a man-made lake featuring 40-foot waterfalls.
