Queensridge is one of 12 distinct neighborhoods found at Peccole Ranch, a master-planned community located just south of Summerlin in northwest Las Vegas.

Most of the homes in Peccole Ranch were built from the mid-1980s to the late 1990s. The newer community of Queensridge is still under development, offering upscale custom homes and luxury houses.

Queensridge is also located along the Badlands Golf Club, a challenging course featuring desert landscaping and a panoramic view of the Las Vegas skyline. Golf is but one of the amenities found at Peccole Ranch, which also offers tennis, swimming, play areas and miles of walking paths accented by lush greenbelts.
