Aliante is one of the newest master-planned communities in the Las Vegas valley. This growing development is located in North Las Vegas, near Decatur and I-215. South Valley Ranch is a 205-acre master-planned community that was developed by Pacific Communities Development. The project is divided into seven parcels with 1,100 single- and multi-family residential units, a 10-acre park and 30 acres of commercial uses.

Southern Highlands offers an ideal setting for those seeking a break from the noise and stress of city living. The community is located in far southwestern Las Vegas. At buildout, Sunset Village will contain 1,003 new housing units, 368 single-family, 261 townhouse units and 374 condominium units.
