Personal opinion: Actually really nice house in NW area of Las Vegas. Great neighborhood. Close to the shopping, new Centennial Hills hospital and 95 freeway. House is in a great shape. Just need little touch up painting and clean carpet. No major repairs are required. One of the better looking foreclosed homes.

Newly build in 2004 and sold first time for $205,090.

Later sold for $307,000 in 2005. That was at the top of real estate bubble.

Just now sold for $110,000! Isn’t it incredible value you can get in Las Vegas at this moment? I myself couldn’t resist and bought this house. :-)
