Here is our offer to sell your home for a one-time flat fee. MillionSaverHomes.com is a licensed real estate broker in Nevada, and our special program saves home sellers a substantial amount of money. For a one-time real estate flat fee of $2,995, your Las Vegas home will be marketed in a variety of venues until your home is SOLD.

The following services are included in the low one-time fee:

1. Multiple Listing Service
The MLS covers Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City, Mesquite and Pahrump. Approximately 11,000 Realtors use the Las Vegas MLS. When these Realtors work with buyers, they search the MLS for homes for sale. Being listed in the MLS brings exposure to thousands of Realtors and their buyers. When your home is listed in the MLS, Realtors know your home is for sale. They get a detailed description of the property, see eight photographs of the home, and know exactly what real estate commission you are willing to pay the agent who brings you a buyer (usually 2–3% of the sales price). Because of your savings on the listing side, you can get aggressive and offer 4% to the buyer's agent if you choose! (There is no minimum required, and it is completely up to you.)

 

2. No Agent Commission If You Find a Buyer
Usually, a broker gets paid a commission even if you sell your house yourself. With our rare type of property listing, you are able to benefit from being listed, yet still sell your home as a For Sale By Owner and pay no real estate commission if your buyer does not have a buyer’s agent. Simply stated, if a buyer comes to you while you are on our program, and that buyer isn't working with a real estate agent, no matter how they found you –- through your yard sign, one of the ads we built for you or by referral –- you'll pay no real estate commission! You’ll put that 2–3% buyer’s commission back in your own pocket; we won’t take it from you (only flat fee will be charged). A traditional real estate agent won’t give you that opportunity. If they set you up on a typical 6% commission and there is no buyer’s agent, the listing agent will keep the whole 6% for themselves. We think this is way too much money to pay someone for just a few hours of work!

We will supply you with a high-quality "H-frame" real estate sign. Our signs sport a logo that triggers attention and evokes the possibility of a great "MillionSaver" deal!

The sign is usually installed when our professional photographer comes to take pictures of your home for our websites and flyers. Once the home is sold, just give us call, and we’ll take it away!

8. Seller's Property Disclosures
We supply seller’s property disclosure forms on mold, lead-based paint and other disclosures, as required. This is a time you'll appreciate having professionals take care of this complicated paperwork, which is necessary for a safe transaction.
 

9. Strategic Advice
Along the way, you may have some questions or need some help. Call us between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. for free advice from experienced real estate professionals.
