Sunset Village is a 156-acre master-planned community located at the base of the Whitney Mesa off Sunset Road. The project will consist of a mixture of 18.8 acres of commercial, 116.9 acres of residential and 20.3 acres of public/semi-public land. At buildout, Sunset Village will contain 1,003 new housing units, 368 single-family, 261 townhouse units and 374 condominium units.
