Sun City Aliante is among the newest active-retirement communities in the Las Vegas valley. Located in North Las Vegas, this Pulte/Del Webb development is one of several neighborhoods in the growing Aliante master-planned community. The I-215 Beltway provides easy access to North Las Vegas and the entire Las Vegas valley.
