Summerlin, developed by the Howard Hughes Corporation, is the nation's best-selling master-planned community. Summerlin is unfolding in villages, each centered around its own major park, golf course or major amenity. Currently, there are 17 villages in various stages of development. Eventually, the community will be home to 30 villages, each featuring dozens of thoughtfully planned neighborhoods with a unique selection of homes, town homes, condominiums and apartments.
