Siena

Siena is a 665-acre retirement community in the southern part of Summerlin. There are more than 1,800 homes in the guard-gated community, which is being developed by Sunrise Colony Company. Age-restricted Siena offers a variety of amenities for its active senior residents. The community has a Mediterranean feel and is patterned after the town of Siena, Italy.
