Centennial Hills

Centennial Hills is one of the newest master-planned communities in the Las Vegas valley. This growing development is located in far northwest Las Vegas, along U.S. 95, near I-215. Centennial Hills provides an ideal retreat from "big-city" living, but residents still enjoy breathtaking views of the Strip and downtown Las Vegas.

Centennial Hills is about 14 miles northwest of the Las Vegas strip. Close enough to enjoy the conveniences of the city, but far enough away from the noise and traffic.

There’s something for everyone in this community, with homes ranging from simple, single-family houses to elaborate mansions. Prices range from the $200,000’s to over $2 million. There are several recreational areas in Centennial Hills, and the community is also close to Floyd Lamb State Park and Mount Charleston. In the middle of Centennial Hills is Town Center, a 110-acre mixed use site that has soccer fields, dog parks, picnic areas, volleyball courts and more.
