Aliante

Aliante is one of the newest master-planned communities in the Las Vegas valley. This growing development is located in North Las Vegas, near Decatur and I-215. Aliante is primarily a residential area, but it offers many amenities not seen in other master-planned communities. It is a perfect place to raise a family, offering a safe and secure environment just north of the bright lights of Las Vegas.

With four schools, three parks, 24 miles of lighted walking trails, and a golf club, Aliante is great family community. You have over twelve different neighborhoods to choose from at Aliante, with homes built by the like of Pulte, Astoria, and Pardee. Condominiums, single and two-story homes are available, and some neighborhoods are gated or guard gated. Floor plans range from 900 to over 4000 square feet.

As you wind your way along the miles of walking trails, you’ll come across what Aliante calls “activity nodes”. These recreational nodes include a play area for kids, picnic tables, benches, barbeque and more. A total of five recreational areas are planned for the community of Aliante.
