3. Getting buyer representation
Buying real estate is one of the
most complex transactions, where mistakes are costly. Agents as licensed
professionals can help you a lot in the whole process. From offer to closing, I will guide you on what to do in what time. The final decision is always yours, but it is good to have a good adviser working for you. The buyer agent is always compensated from the commission paid by the seller. The seller has to pay the same commission even if you aren't represented by an agent. I will help you to get a good deal and will fight for your interests.
